How do you take payment? 

We accept payment by credit card via our secure booking site, JaneApp. E-transfer is also available upon request.

 

Are you able to submit a claim to my insurance for me?

A receipt will be provided after each session for submission to insurance. We currently do not offer direct billing.

 

Are you able to verify if your services are covered under my benefits plan? 

We are unable to check coverage for individual’s extended benefits. To do this you will need to check with your provider.

 

Do you offer sliding scale pricing?

We offer a select amount of sliding scale spots for clients facing barriers to accesssing counselling services.  Please reach out and we can discuss your circumstances and if sliding scale is a possibility.
