
Starting counselling with a new therapist can be an intimidating process. Our first session together will be spent gathering information and getting to know each other. The focus of our first session is understanding the counselling process, reviewing consent and other paperwork, and learning about what you hope to get out of therapy.
You are welcome to bring any topic into the therapy space. Although it may take time to feel comfortable bringing up new or sensitive issues, know that any topic on your mind is worthy of discussion.
At this time we only offering virtual counselling services via a secure telehealth platform called the JaneApp.
